If you are struggling with body confidence...

Be rest assured that it is very common and something that you can work on daily.

  • Whether you don't like the way your belly looks
  • Whether you think your arms are too flabby
  • Whether you don't like your body shape and how you look in certain clothes
  • Perhaps you just wish you were thinner

 STOP!

All you need is a mindset shift.

Consider to think this way instead...

  • Does the way your belly looks change who you are as a person? No!
  • Do your arms make you a bad, selfish, horrible person? No!
  • Does your current body shape mean you can't achieve the things you want in life? No!
  • Will being thinner really make you happy? No!

Reminder that you are you- unique, beautiful and an amazing person.

Your body size or shape does not define you!

Wear what you like, nobody really cares how your belly, arms, or body looks in your clothes.

We all definitely need to strive for a healthy lifestyle and there are so many ways to achieve this without mentioning.

However thinking negatively about your body and having a negative body image does not help.

In fact it can hinder achieving a healthier lifestyle.

So from today, give yourself a daily reminder.

 Tell yourself this:

  • I am strong
  • I am empowered
  • I am worthy
  • I am enough
